I like to travel, ski, dive, golf. cook, taste wine (a lot of wine) and to offset this I enjoy riding my road bike. I also enjoy food and wine and in fact am a KCBS master BBQ judge. For the past 2 years I've been experimenting perfecting Neopolitan sytle pizza in my home oven. cooking whole brisket on my Komodo cermaic grill and at home dry aging beef. I've been tasting wines for 20 years and especially love pinot noirs from the Willamette Valley and French bubbles. My wife and I have also coupled our passion for wine tasting and travel and have done bicycle wine tours of Napa & Sonoma, the Willamette Valley, South Africa and Switzerland, which has amazing wines by the way. Though not WSET certified I've been studying wines seriously for 15 years and have been documenting all wines that I have consumed and writing reviews for several websites.
